The Friday morning was rainy day, but I had a meeting at 9 o'clock in the morning. What's that appointment? Of course, for my illustration's promotion because of I'm an illustrator. I arrived half an hour before. So I went to Ah, this is one of the famous super market chain in Holland, to wait but I didn't buy anything. On time I went to the white building which looked like a little retro factory. This is the office where I had my appointment.

Inside, on the contrary, it was very modern. Why is there a basket ball like a bowling ball on the lane,on the beams. It is quite fun. This building looks like a loft, but the ceiling is natural wooden, and very bright space. The wall had some big paintings hanged like in a gallery.

I made a tour in the back office.

This is Martijn. He is the boss of art box. ”Did you arrive few minutes ago? You could come into the office." He said. Come to think of it, I looked a figure in this office. "But I thought it was too early" I answered. I think dutch boss is hard worker than japanese boss. because japanese design offices start often at 10 o'clock. He looks like very busy, but he looked more properly my portfolio. He said me that my type of illustration isn't often in AD demand, and advised me to go to publisher office. Perhaps, the editorial is better than the advertising for me. In this time, I showed him two portfolios and a old file which I draw like ten years ago. He could find my roots and my flow. It was funny that he asked to send him some illustrations which are not important for me because of those are put in my file to show one of the style of my variations. I‘m honest to say that he had really male perspectives because he had hard-nosed views and advices. When, I went to another office, a woman advised me, her advices had female perspective and conversation was like everyday things. Both so nice. Next,I would like go to publisher. I got energy because of today's action.
