Bremen1 ブレーメン１

風車なのでオランダ？と思ってしまいそうですが…ここはドイツなのです。この週末、パリから遊びに来ている友達(私がパリに行く時はいつも泊めてもらう)と一緒にブレーメン(グリム童話のブレーメンの音楽隊で有名な)へ行ってきました。この風車、鉄道駅から旧市街へ向かう途中の橋の上から眺める事が出来ます。

It's a windmill so we could easily think this is the Netherlands but here it is Germany. This weekend I went to Bremen in Germany with my japanese friend who lives in Paris. We found that windmill on a bridge when we went to the old town from the central station.

旧市街の広場に到着。手前のゴシック建築(1405-1410設立)がブレーメン市庁舎…第二次世界大戦の時にも市民の手によって囲いが作られ、戦火から守られたそう。世界遺産です。奥はSt-Petri大聖堂。

In front this is the city hall of Bremen. It was built in 1405-1410 and is recognized by the Unesco. During the second war in the wold it was covered by Bremen's citizens. Behind this is the Dom St-Petri.

そして市庁舎のすぐ前に建つローラント像(1404設立)は自由都市として栄えたブレーメンの象徴だった(この像が街を見守る限り、ブレーメンの自由と独立は守られる…とみなに信じられていた)そう。こちらも世界遺産です。

And this is the statue of Roland. It was built in 1404, it was the symbol of the free city, a prosperous free city and Bremen's citizen believed he protected the independency and the freedom. It is also recognized by Unesco.

で、こちらはブレーメンの音楽隊(…といっても彼ら動物音楽隊、結局ブレーメンには行かなかったって、みなさんご存知でしたか？)の像…大聖堂の横にあります(この像、みんなに人気で写真撮るの順番待ち…いそいで撮ったので人物無しの写真を撮りそびれてしまった)。

This is the statue of the musicians of  Bremen. But do you know that they couldn't arrive in Bremen? Next is the Dom St-Petri.


お昼ご飯は…市庁舎の建物の地下にあるレストラン”ブレーマーラーツケラー”で。ここはドイツで一番古いワイン樽蔵酒場(1653~)だそう。大きなワイン樽とゴシックな内装が素敵です。

We had lunch in the basement of the city hall. This restaurant is named Bremer Ratskell. It is the oldest wine cave bar in Germany since 1653. There was splendid gothic furniture and big barrels of wine.

ブレーメンの郷土料理を…という訳でおお勧めいただいた”豚ソーセージとオオツ麦のミンチのクリスピーポテト添え”と”Seemannslabskausブレーメン風目玉焼き添え”。クリスピーの方、カリカリで絶品でした！もう一つの方はコンビーフとマッシュポテトとザワークラウトを混ぜた感じの物で美味しかったけど、食べきる前に飽きてしまった。お伴のワインは白のトロッケン(Grauer Burgender Trocken)…色は少々飴色がかったさわやかな辛口でした。ドイツ料理はやっぱりボリュームが…あります。

We had an original Bremen knipp, so crispy and tasty, and an original bremen Seemannslabskaus. It was good but I had enough immediately.  And we had half a bottle of white wine Trocken. It was dry and perfumed. German food provides too much in quantity.

食後は街を散歩。After lunch we walked in the old city.

絵本みたいにぎゅっと詰まった可愛さです。Bremen is a cute town like in the illustration books.

色も赤やペパーミント緑、オレンジに…時々黒のアクセント。 Color is good.

けっこう涼しかったけど、アイスを食べる子供たちをよく見かけました。

Children ate ice creams but I felt  a bit cold. 

入った洋服屋さん(結構いい物が置いてあるセレクトショップ)で、商品に紛れてわんこがお昼寝…思わず写真を撮ったら、売り子のおねえさんが”うちの子ティギーっていうのよ、可愛いモデルでしょ”ですって。いいんだ…売り物をお布団にしても。大らかだなぁ。

In a select shop, I found a dog sleeping in a shelf. So I took a photo. A seller said me it's Tigee who is a good model. I was surprised that  it's possible he uses the shirts for sell as a blanket.

いっぱい歩いて、あっという間に夕方です。散歩途中で見つけたビアホールでアペリテフ＆夕食にしました。陽気な歌と音楽ライブ付きのこのビアホール。バイエルン地方はミュンヘン(ブレーメンではないのですが、とても素敵な古い建物の中にあります)のホフブロウビールとお料理が楽しめます。

We walked a lot until the evening. We went to a beer hall where we had beer and bavarian food.

やっぱりここはビールとウィンナーでしょう…ついでにプレッエルも。

We ordered sausages and brezel and of course beer.

で、もうすでにお腹は食べなくても大丈夫な感じ…だったのですが、やっぱり”シュバイネハクセ”…注文してしまいました。豚のすねまるごとのボリューム。皮がカリカリ、でも中はジュウシィなやわらかさ。横にある付け合わせのイモのニョッキみたいな”クノーデル”をおとなりに座っていたお兄さんが親指立てて”これは美味しいよ”としきりと勧めてくれるのでした。美味しかったけど、イモはお腹がふくれます〜。その、お隣のテーブルはお誕生日を祝う大家族(三世代の)といった雰囲気でとても陽気、時々私達にも乾杯〜、召し上がれ。と何かと声をかけてくれます。

And we ordered schweinhachsenwurst. It was too big leg meat. Next table there was a family enjoying a birthday party. They were very kind and sometimes they told us some sentences like "Cheers" or "Bon appetit".

さて、そろそろおいとましましょうか…と席を立ったところで、お隣の大家族のマダムが私達をダンスに誘います。”やっぱり踊らなくちゃだめよ”とマダム。大きい荷物を持ったまま、ダンスさせられる友達…。

When we left our chairs,Madam in this family said us "you have to dance this time!" So this is my friend dancing with her bags in her arms.

恥ずかしがりながらも、踊ります。私ももちろん踊りましたよ〜。楽しかった。それでは、ブレーメンの旅は明日も続きます。

Of course I danced too, we had a nice evening. To be continued our trip in Bremen tomorrow.
